This rental flowers colors may be change to any in stock colors at no charge. Custom colors not in stock will be cost 25% more than the above pricing. You may add additional length on ground floral for an additional fee.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Time and product is reserved for you to pick up and return to Sulphur Springs. No refunds once item is reserved and contract is signed and returned to Frosted Whimsy. All items are custom created and no refund is avaiable.
